Anyone ever used these headers? Why does it say don't use on a standard?

Anyone ever used these headers? Why does it say don't use on a standard?

Under application it says NO for standard floor shift. How true is this? I have a guy that's gonna custom do everything from the headers back, should I really avoid these?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the T-5 crossmember different than the auto crossmember? And if that's the case, that is probably why.

its because the bracket for the slave on the bellhousing gets in the way.
