GMMG...maybe

Ok boys and girls.... I have been reading and reading and I am starting to lean towards the GMMG system which can be had right now new for $625 shipped.... Now, my question is.... is there anything out there that sounds meaner than this setup as its.... really sweet sounding....

My current set up is

85 Camaro Z28 with 89 350 TPI, headers, cat delete, mild cam.... currently have some jegs catback the PO put on it....It sounds ok, but I want a much louder and meaner idle and rev... I know I won't get the "dragster" sound with my current drivetrain, but I want to find an exhaust that can get me as close to it as possible....

I Really think Not. I have my gmmg exhaust on my 91 formula and its very good. I would not take anything else. I have gone from flowmaster to magnaflow and now im with gmmg. It has a very mean sound even when you just rev up to 2,000RPM. It may sound different depending on your setup. with my formula the setup is Highflow manifold. Duel y pipe without cat. into a I pipe out to a gmmg system.

The company that builds the systems madhammer.com and byunspeed.com both have them for $625 shipped

That website looks pretty shady. I really like the price though.

Re: GMMG...maybe

granted, their page is a bit basic, but mad hammer is the real deal. the gmmg is a great setup, would have been on my short list of catbacks if i hadnt gotten my magnaflow locally (craigslist) for a song...

Always wanted to try a GMMG.

When I get bored with my Borla I'll place an order.
