Hey does anyone know how they make the CME slp exhaust tips fit onto our cars?

What do you mean by fit? The 4thgen one should fit fine and it should bolt right up if not you'll have to mod up some brackets and hangers but for the price you could just build your own and save. There isn't anything special about CME. If you want it to come out like his did you'll have to cut up the impact bar/ honey combs and bumper cover.

What im trying to say is would i have to cut and make custom bends to put this onto my car, since this is what i have at the moment

"would i have to cut and make custom bends" Doubt it, but have you tried to put it under your car yet? Are you talking about over the axle? or after? 4thgen cars have nearly identical floor / sub frame lay out from the rear seats back as 3rdgen cars and also retain the entire 3rdgen rear suspension mounting points so it should fit fine as far as bends go.

No i havent tried putting it under the car ima do that tommorow. Also yeah thats what i meant to say under the trunk area. Im very bad at bring specific thanks for the help.
