Quick Exhaust Question
Removed my exhaust just infront of the cat today. (my custom installed y-pipe over the axle was banging the fuel tank and it was driving me crazy). The cat lookeook it all old and original so i took it all off. My question is can i drive it to my buddies house (50 miles) to install the new exhaust or am i asking for trouble.
PS do i install my new cat back with a new high flow cat or no cat at all.
Pros and cons?
I searched and found alot of good info tonight just looking for a bit more.

Other than the extreme noise, possible cop bait, and possible carbon monoxide poisoning, there wouldn't be any problem driving the car 50 miles to get the exhaust installed.
A high flow cat can be had that is direct-fit, making the install easier. And, you would have a car that is road legal.
