Header choice?

I've already read the pages & pages & pages of exhaust opinions, header opinions etc. But nowhere did I find anything that addressed what I'm looking for.

Best header choice to improve torque (i already have a 3" cat-back). Not a high winding, high horsepower (yet), wind it up to 6000rpm engine. But a primarily 3000rpm & under "daily driver" that stays under 2300rpm (i checked it out today) under normal driving conditions.

Think of it as.....For a Rockcrawler.....Main goal is to produce torque with little regard to horsepower. Which is also why I have retained the TPI & stock runners, not gone LT1 or siamesed runners.

1 1/2"? 1 5/8"? 1 3/4"? primaries?

350TPI, possibly going 383 in the future & still TPI. And no, I'm not just going to throw in 4.10 hears. I have 3.27s now & possibly going 2.73s later (10-bolt swap), which is another reason to build torque for this daily driver.

Re: Header choice?

Nobody has any thought or ideas on what would be best suited for torque improvement?

Re: Header choice?

1 1/2 inch or the smallest primary size is better for low end torque.
