Hello. I`m new to this forum, but i have been driving f bodies for many years. I live in Norway, Europe, and I`m hoping for some advices regarding cat back systems for my trans am. 305 TPI. 1986.

Do anybody know if flowmaster 17233 will bolt on to my original cat?
In the info about 17233 it says that it will fit a 3 inch catalytic flange, and that it fits 1986 trans am carb.

I`ve measured the pipe from cat and back, and it measures 2,5 inch so what about the cat flange?
