any info on these headers, have I guy for 65.00 bucks for the headers and thats it no flanges on nothing

What do you mean no flanges? No flanges after the collectors to bolt your ypipe up to? You would be better off buying headers with a matching ypipe. Otherwise you will have to get your ypipe or a ypipe fabbed up for you. In your case you would have to pay to get your headers fabbed up first with the proper collectors and o2 sensor bung installed.
