what is the best fitting easiest to intall with no welding catback system for 89 firebird l98 with duel cats looking to do it my self because what the shops around me want for installation is crazy

I took my car to a shop and said "I want a 3" catback with "This" muffler. I just speficied the muffler and they did the rest. $250+parts out the door. They did a great job on it as well.

Also, sometimes it not just about the install but also about the un-install.Getting the 20 + year old intermediate pipe off of the 20+year old CAT without destroying it can be a job in itself.
