Front two driver side header bolts. How to attach bracket.
Well its Saturday and I planned on putting the headers on.
87 IROC, Problem.
The front two bolts for the driver side header need to hold on the A/C pump / accessory bracket of course.
Could anyone be so kind to explain how they accomplished this or show pictures?
I've made a spacer for the first bolt that is the size of the manifold, but the second one.
There is no space between the primary tube and hole to put the original bolt back in.
Thank you for the help.

this is exactly why i hate headers, they FORCE you into fabrication, like it or not.this is also why i left the manifolds on ,they fit and headers DO NOT

To perform this install on my 87 required cutting the a/c bracket. The headers actually came with a template showing the area that needed to be removed. Only the front header bolt will be holding the bracket.

Made a spacer and welded an addition to the A/C bracket that extends back to the third header bolt. Will post pictures in a little while.
