Y-pipe woes

Car: '69 Dodge Coronet, 88' Camaro SC
Engine: 440, 350 respectively
Transmission: 727, 700R4 respectively
Axle/Gears: 3.90s for the 'Net, 2.73 4 the Maro
Y-pipe woes
Anyone know if Hedman ypipe 17470 will bolt up to any shorty style header. Current stock ypipe bolts right up (someone changed two bolt flange to three bolt to work with the headers) so the Hedman piece should fit too right?? Thanks
