White smoke that smells like fuel
I just picked up a 86 iroc z28 with a 350 crate motor that has a carb. I did a fuels system clean out and fired it up. There is smoke like crazy that burns your eyes. The motor only has 11k on it but it sat for 5yrs. Clean antifreeze, new oil and fuel filter changed. your thoughts?

Dosen't take a while to burn the fuel system cleaner out of it?

So the old gas is out & fresh is in?
Edwardgp is right.
Have you driven it for a while? 30-40 miles?
If you haven't yet, IMO, replace cap, rotor, wires, plugs.
If all is good, carb may need a re-tuned or re-freshed.
