Exhaust to clear a sumped fuel cell?

I have Hotchkis subframe connectors under a '92 Camaro and a sumped fuel tank from BehindBarsRacecars.com that is making my life difficult as far as my exhaust situation goes.

Anyone else here running a sumped fuel tank and still running exhaust past the rear?

Pics? I've always seen sumps dead center in the rear of the ranks & the exhaust typically goes down the sides so I can't visualize how exhaust could ever get in the way of a sump.

I think maybe he's talking about muffler positioning underneath the tank...maybe.
