Header and Y-pipe combo
I posted this in a thread the other day but I think I'll get a quicker response here. I have a question, will these headers (http://www.summitracing.com/parts/HED-68470/) work well with this Y-pipe (http://www.summitracing.com/parts/HED-17478/)? And will they bolt up to the existing exhaust on my 86 z28
Thanks

Re: Header and Y-pipe combo
That's the set up I have but I had a buddy who works for an exhaust shop make a mandrel bent 3 inch outlet and we put that where the 2 1/2 use to be. I don't have the stock exhaust or catalytic converter and I'm using a Flowmaster force II exhaust. But it should work for you and hedman makes good stuff.
Mark.
P.S-If your using a offset mount starter you will probably have to get a mini starter, The stock older style starters solenoid will hit the collector.
