hello there fellow third gen members.im looking for some advise on what muffler to install on my stock 85 iroc 305 tpi.im trying to decide between a borla pro xs and flowmaster 80 series.just lookin to have something better than my stock muffler for now.im planning to upgrade to the borla cat back set up next year and these two options are the most convinient and available to me.any suggestions are greatly appreciated.thanks in advance!!

 

Go to YouTube and enter "Camaro" "Borla" then "exhaust" and some videos will appear. There should be one or two matching your car or close to it.In the mean time here is a video that I found closely matching the tone of my car.= (5.0,Flowmaster 80 series 3" American Thunder cat back.)
= It is defanatly the Flowmaster sound.

 

thanks!going with flowmaster now jus gotta decide to go with 80 series crossflow or 50 series heavy duty???i heard the 50 series sounds better and less resonance inside. kind of what im looking for.not too loud but u know im there.what should i go for being that i would pay the same price for either??thanks again!!

 

Maganflow for the sleeper. It doesn't sound loud until you get on it.
