Magnaflow cat back 500hp

http://www.magnadirect.ca/product/16829

So I have read all the reviews on this sytems for my 82 trans am.
My car is 500hp at the crank. I really love the look, sound and the fact the its all stainless.
heres the big thing. The largest sytem magnaflow makes for our cars is 3'' back to the muffler and dual 2.5 out. I am really worried about power lose.
How much power will I loose choking off my dual 3'' into my 3'' y pipe then to the muffler?

Re: Magnaflow cat back 500hp

Just ordered my 4'' mufflex system. The guys there are really helpful. It's no good to spend all that money making 500hp just to restrict it with an exhaust that’s to small

Not true at all. In fact, certain mufflers ADD power off the collectors.
