Identify Exhaust Kit

I'm learning that more and more of what the PO said is lies. Can anyone identify this exhaust kit from the picture?

I was told it was a full 3" Flowmaster kit behind SLP headers, but it measures 2.25" in front of the cats, and 2.5" behind the muffler.

Re: Identify Exhaust Kit

It definitely looks like a flowmaster 80 muffler.

Re: Identify Exhaust Kit

It "may" be a flowmaster muffler, but that is no flowmaster kit. From the look of the pinched down wrinkle bends on the tail pipes I would say it is a likely a local muffler shop job. My flowmaster kit was all mandrel bent and so are all the other performance kits I have seen.

Re: Identify Exhaust Kit

That's what I was guessing, and it's exactly what I didn't want to hear. Bought a "street/strip ready" Camaro while I was stationed in Germany, and I got home to find a blown motor, dead trans, posi that sticks, cracked windshield, and a paint job that made me wish he'd gone to MAACO. Everything he said he had done to the car was complete BS except the performance head that was damaged when he blew a piston.

Alright, thanks guys. I guess it's time to start researching exhaust upgrades.
