should i block off my egr?
Getting ready to install my hooker 2460's and y. also deleting cat. While im at it and getting a computer tune do any of you recommend or not recommend getting a egr block off plate and tuning it out of the computer? Thanks!

Ya block it off make sure you order a plate with a gasket other wise you will have a bad vacum leak

IMO the only use for EGR Delete is to hopefully clean up the carbon in the intake and reduce the hoses needed. Really you'd save far more just doing an AIR Pump Delete if you're deleting the CATs. That's various hoses, pulley and pump, and hard lines.

Unless you're really into cleaning up the engine bay like mentioned. Keep the EGR plug "hooked up" though, or you'll throw a check engine light in your dash. The car isn't smart enough to know it's not there or not, only knows if you keep the electrical connection hooked up.
