OBX cat-back exhaust system - anyone have one??
I have been doing some extensive research on cat-back exhaust systems. I found an OBX cat back system that sounds awesome, IMO. Does anyone have experience with this brand?

Is it the one that looks EXACTLY like the magnaflow system? If so, YES. IT's not the quality of the magnaflow when it comes to fitment. Needs a little persuation and the pipes don';t fit well together with the junk clamps they supply (which is 1 size for different size connections, they are either too large or too small..it's all junk) so a set of proper clamps wopuld be in order. Also to keep it all from sagging I welded parts of it, did the same on a magnaflow system. Installed both of them, the obx on a 3rd gen and the magnaflow on a 4th. Gotta say the magnaflow muffler sounds a little deeper and nicer. The OBX I had to extend one of the tail pipes on the muffler side to sapce them out evenly.
this is the obx stuff, the exhaust is loud as hell because of what's in front of it

Yup, that looks exactly like the exhaust system I am looking at. I am not too worried about fitment, as I will have a local friend who owns an exhaust shop install and weld the exhaust in place. The fact that the OBX is very close in sound to the Magnaflow, and $275 less in proce intrigues me.
I am running Heddman shorty headers, Heddman off road Y-pipe and I will be hollowing out the cat, so it should sound damn nice!
Thank you for all of the pics, and super nice car, btw.
The exhaust looks really nice installed!
