I would not recommend a Dynomax exhaust for third gens - they neck down to 2.5" at the muffler (the 3" TPI systems) and create an incredible back pressure bottleneck. I should know as the previous owner of my GTA put one on and it has the rediculous feature. Magnaflow system is on order and should be in by the end of the week.

 

Paul - if someone is sporting an LG4 or an LO3, or needs a stock replacement, the Dynomax works, and is affordable. It is also the closest looking thing to stock you can get. I have the Walker mid pipe on my TTA and it is a dead ringer for the original, besides the mount. The tailpipes are a little different, but still close to the originals. With the 50 dollar rebate, you can get the complete exhaust system for less then 200 bucks.
I am not trying to sell Dynomax - just want to make sure people know there is a rebate available.

I just wanted to make it clear for everyone that while these systems are nicely priced, they are not really meant for a performance application (unlike the old Dynomax, which were true 3" cat backs).
