Advice on muffler setup

I'm creating a header back exhaust system for my 84 Camaro with a newly build mild 350. Piping is 2.5", headers are longtubes, I plan to incorporate an X pipe, and I don't need cats because there are no emissions testing where I'm at. This car is intended to be a daily driver.

My question is, what would be a muffler combination that wouldn't be obnoxious in a daily driver yet still open up at higher throttle?

Would just an X pipe and two mufflers be too loud? What about two glasspacks and two mufflers? Are Magnaflow mufflers obnoxious or decently quiet?

Thanks.

Re: Advice on muffler setup

I have a dual setup with short Powersticks from Classic Chambered Exhaust.

I have to say they are pretty docile as long as you keep the throttle in control, but really scream when you decide to open up.
