2nd Hand Exhaust
Whats up guys. I just bought a Magnaflow crossflow muffler with dual tips(looks like 2.5 inch?) and a 3in pipe running over the rear axle to the cat converter. All the bends are mandrel bent and they look decent, but im going to reweld the entire system. I bought it for $33.00 USD at pick n pull, lol. Im still going to need a flange to bolt 2 the cat converter, what kind of a flange do i need?(305 tbi stock manifolds y pipe and cat) I took a few pics of the exhaust. The magnaflow muffler has a pretty decent sized dent in it. What do you guys think? will it function properly? im not concerned with cosmetics. I just want it to sound good and not suck.
Re: 2nd Hand Exhaust
Most of magnaflow mufflers seem to be built like this:

So the packing is a little mushed on yours
Id rock it and see if it works. If its FUBAR, replacements are not too expensive
