I have a super turbo cat back on my 85 camaro with a 380hp carbed vortec motor that had only been on for 5 months. It sounds like it has already blown out as it is rattling at idle. Summit will warranty it, but will I have this problem again or was it a bad muffler?

 

Dynomax are weird, I have had that happen after a few months and then had them good for years. The only muffler I have ever had really last was a borla. 12 years and 200k miles and it still sounds and looks brand new. That is impressive with all the salt they use around here.
