replacing muffler,suggestions?

Car: 86 IROC
Engine: 5.0 TPI
Transmission: 700-R-4
Axle/Gears: 2.73 open
replacing muffler,suggestions?
I have a TPI car ,it has no cat and I recently found out that it has a 3 in Y pipe. it is all stock. I thought only the L-69 cars had the 3in Y pipe?? any way im needing a replacement muffler that don't cost $1000 or say flowmaster on it anywhere. any suggestions??
