Who here has Hedman headers? Question about the dipstick tube...

Does anyone know how to attach the stock dipstick tube after swapping these headers? They didn't come with any brackets or spacers for this. I bent the tube toward the engine, but the header bolts are so close to the tubes, the stock bracket won't bolt on. Does anybody know a way around this? Thanks.

I have flowtech headers, with exactly the same problem.
I am going to fab a small clamp for the tube, and attach it to
the header bolt.
Hope it works.

Cheers

Richard

I just left the bracket off. Haven't run into any problems yet, and this was two months ago.

mine jiggles around a little, but the guy who installed them twisted a piece of steel wire around a header tube and it seems to be fine.
