Can I easily put the LM1 cat back on my 91 firebird? It says it's made for 98-02 but it looks like it wouldn't be too much trouble putting it on a third gen. Has anyone done this?

Plenty have done it. Only thing that will need attention is the hangers. They need some slight modifications.
