Beware of Flowtech ceramic coated headers and Y pipe...
They're not what they advertised. I bought these from Jegs and the pic shows them being both ceramic coated and a one piece Y pipe. When you get them only the headers are ceramin coated and it's a to piece aluminized Y pipe that has a cut point clos to where the Y actually is and you're supposed to clamp them together. I called Jegs, they took them back and provided me a free return shipping label and gave me a different brand that's both coated headers and Y pipe.

They are also the worst headers on the market from a performance point of view

Be glad you sent the y-pipe back. I had to cut mine in multiple places to make it fit. It was huge pain and I wish I could have sent mine back, but I waited too long before installing it and couldn't.

Yes, I am very fortunate, especially with the product that I asked for which was $800 for both items, and since they understood that there is false advertising, however not on their part, they were more than willing to do the exchange at no charge.

Primary pipes are too small, their routing is not that good, the merger is sub par. The Y pipe merger is about as terrible as can be made and the pipe is too small after the merger.

Wow! You can buy a set of Dyno Dons for less than that. The y pipe isn't coated, but he makes a superior product to almost everything else on the market. I have a set ready to go on my car when I remove that lowly LO3.

I didn't know about Dyno Don's prior to this. Also I was fortunate to get the Hedman headers and y pipe, both ceramic coated, for the price of the Flowtech's price, which is pretty good. I do agree, I've seen Dyno Don's Y pipe, and it does look superior and probably is, but I got what I and it's a good product and Jegs not only rectified their mistake, they made it better. They could've just said sorry here's your money back but they didn't which was really awesome.
