Fuel Injector Question
Hi, I have a '91 B4C (350 TPI)I bought it a year ago as a project car.
The car came with: K&N air filters, 8.5 MSD ignition cables, Hooker short headers, 3" exhaust/no catalytic.
A mechanic believed the ex owner changed the cam because there was a sticker of Crane Cams on the windshield.
I had removed the Smog Pump, changed fuel filter and Fuel Pump (BBK 255LPH), Lucas oil, Platinum Spark Plugs, MSD Cap & Rotor, a small Catalytic & Magna flow muffler.
I have a new set of Accel fuel injectors 26LBS/HR and IM NOT SURE if these will work good in the car, is my first third gen and I'm learning as I go reading and watching videos.
Could you please tell me if this engine will work well if I install these new injectors?
Thank you.

Re: Fuel Injector Question
Crane Cams makes lots of stuff besides cams..., and just because the sticker is on the car doesn't mean any of their parts are.
I was under the impression that B4C cars were 305 cars... I could be wrong there.
If it's a 305 then the stock injectors were 19# and if it is a 350 then 22#. 26# injectors are big enough that both will run rich. If the engine is pretty much stock you can fix that by installing an adjustable FPR and lowering the fuel pressure (look up calculators online how much to lower, flow changes with the square of the pressure change). If there really are other changes done to the engine then you're best off just getting it tuned for what is there and use the injectors as is.
