I have a custom ran exhaust system with twin 2 1/2 pipes running past the trans and then a 3 1/2 single exhaust. I am considering adding dual cats in the head pipes. The main reason is to tame the exhaust smell so it's not an emission meeting requirement.
What type if cats can I run without adding a lot of back pressure? I understand a 3 way cat with a metallic core is best. Low cell count like 200 to 400 at the max. Anyone tried this?
