The 1996 Z I bought had a Magnaflow system on it, I am taking the muffler and tips off and installing a Flowmaster with factory tips. Would anyone be interested in the Muffler and tips? It is 3" inlet with dual 2 1/2 outlets that turn into 3 or 3 1/2 chrome tips.

 

Why are you getting rid of the Magnaflow? They flow a lot better than the flowmasters. I think it sounds nice too. The magnaflow isnt that loud though, but I like that. I think the magnaflow has more of a classic musclecar sound than flowmasters. I just got a magnaflow on my 89 iroc, I really like it. Will that muffler from the 96 fit on a thirdgen?

Well I got screwed out of the Z so I no longer have the magna flow for sale. The dealer let me borrow the car for 3 days and I had the papers signed and half the money down. But I noticed the intake gasket was leaking bad and wanted them to fix it so I returned to the dealer to have it fixed, they said they were going to fix it . When I went back the next day they handed me my check and the papers and said sorry we sold it to someone who took it as is. What an a$$hole. Oh well they can have it. I even had a bunch of SLP stuff on it allready but I sold it to my bud.

 

Where can you get a Magnaflow system? Anyone have any sound clips of them? Thanks
