Intermediate Pipe & Thermo Tec Insulating Wrap

Any reason I should not do this? Attempt to keep floor pan cooler, in particular along driveshaft tunnel next to rear passenger foot well.

Did not have enough to insulate up to cat. Therefore, sheet metal still getting hot.

Will finish up to the cat heat shield if no one warns against it.

Am also insulating the interior floor with Dynamat Dynaliner. It works well but would prefer added benefit of keeping sheet metal cooler.

Thinking of doing the same when I do my engine swap. Good idea.
