Headers with EGR

Hey guys I have an 87’ 2.8L and it has egr and I’m wondering if I have to “put it in the header” or delete it somehow? Wouldn’t it have to be removed from the computer? Idek

Re: Headers with EGR

To be clear, you're changing the exhaust manifolds to headers? In that case, you need to either plumb the egr to the headers in a similar fashion as the manifolds, or delete the egr by blocking off the intake port from the egr and have a chip burned for the egr delete.
