Help identifying manifolds

Engine: GTA: 350 w/Vortec heads, T/A: 305
Transmission: Pro-built 700R4
Axle/Gears: GTA: 3.27, T/A: 2.73
Help identifying manifolds
Just curious if anyone has any info on the size and/or origins of exhaust manifolds with the part number 14094047. I see them as a cross reference number on some sites for '87-91, but I've never seen that p/n pop up here on TGO when discussing exhaust manifolds.
