I have a 1991 camaro Rs with a 305 tbi and my exhaust was taken off after the catalytic converterbut Still have flange on the end. I got a magnaflow exhaust with the car but I have to put it on. I’m pretty sure it’s 3 inch and I don’t think the exhaust portion on the car is 3 inch. Is there a way to match the 3 inch exhaust after the cat to the not 3 inch cat. I don’t have much money to play around with so I’d like not to have to replace everything

 

Yes, install theme 3” catback and bring it to an exhaust shop to make up a 2.25 to 3” adapter.
