Can anyone ID this exhaust?

I just pulled this off of my 88 that I just bought. It seems to be a super nice setup. The headers don't seem to have a logo on them but they are tarnished and need cleaned up. I need to see about cutting the AIR tubes off and possibly tapping/threading them and plugging them. I just don't know if they are stainless or not and where I'd need to take them to have them modded.

It would be cheaper to have the tubes cut off and the hole welded shut. Most machine shops or muffler shops could do it or can tell you who could.

Look like SLP headers to me. Stainless.

Looks like your cat has given up its last meow.

Lol I believe that was from whatever cat was on there previously. The one that I just removed was kind of old and crappy looking on the outside but the inside is flawless.

does anyone know if the mufflex three and a half inch Cat-Back kit will made up to that SLP y pipe?

Re: Can anyone ID this exhaust?

The SLP Y-pipe is in the stock location. If a system fits stock exhaust, it'll fit the SLP. Subject of course to the flange on the cat, and the diameter, if it's a slip-fit.

Re: Can anyone ID this exhaust?

What are the odds I can find someone willing to trade me the same SLP headers without AIR tubes? Or some other high quality header like the SLP? Dyno Don maybe?
