Is ANYONE using mufflex????
I'm needing some info on the mufflex system here. more specifically the ground clearance and how much would it take to snug it up under the car as tight at possible? I'm going with coil-overs up fron, so from time to time the car will be REALLY LOW!

Well the ONLY thing that sits low is my mufflex Y-pipe ..the actual intermediate pipe tucks up nicely .. mine 3" btw..
but I have seen some 4" systems... big.. and clearance could be an issue if the car is lowered... would have to be very careful in spots

It can be made to fit snuggly. One thing is to not use the stock hangers like they want you to. Have some body put it on for you also. The 1 thing that I did was cut about 2 inches of the intermediate pipe off right where it meets the pipe coming over the rear. This gave me way more clearance. Hell, the only thing that ever drags on my car is the TCI tranny pan. Never even touched the exhaust.
Hope that helps!
