Difference in Hooker Cat-Backs

What is the difference between the 199$ "520-16822 Camaro/Firebird 1983-85, 305" and the 259$ "520-16820 Camaro/Firebird 1983-92, 305(non-H.O.) "

The way they hook up to the cat. The $200 one has a square flange with 4 bolt holes. I had it cut off.
