Brackets with headers
Brackets with headers
OK I put some hooker headers on my car and my power steering pump of course does not bolt up any more. Tell me I dont have to make one tell me I'm just stuck in nowhereville where nobody carries these parts. It's an 83 Z28 with a 305 carb. Thanks Oh yeah there are no emmissions on the car. Just the Power steering pump and alternator.

The instructions that came with mine have you cut off one leg and trim up the bracket that bolted to the old exhaust manifold. With the other brackets that bolt together to it, it's sufficient to hold it up.
Now, being 1500 miles away from my car and the instructions, I sure wish I could remember if it was the front or the back leg you're supposed to cut off...

ok I unfortunately do not have instructions, but I Will experiment around with the brackets. I was hoping there was an after market application. Of course where did I put those brackets.....
