I have a 383 stroker and I need some advice. I have a true dual exhaust with magnaflow mufflers and it sounds like sh-t. The pipes are 2 1/2in not mandrel bent so I don't have a problem getting rid of it. I didn't notice any gain in performance when I got it anyways, I still have the factory dual cats which I will be taking off, I also need headers. I was thinking of a single 3.5in w/ a hooker muffler, or a hooker catback, or borla, or flowmaster. I would be willing to sacrafice a little performance for a great sound but I don't want to lose any power with whatever I do. Does anyone have any pictures or sounds of there exhaust? All advice would be helpful.

I say go with the Hooker cat-back, comes with the Hooker aero chamber. Sound clip is in the signature.
