It's in really good condition from what I remember haven't looked at it in a while. but I'm pretty sure it's clear and has no cracks or chips and is tintted across the top. I have no idea what it's worth is 50 good just make an offer.

Would be best to get a new one. My friend had a new one installed for 110. Most of the time they break when you remove them.
