CLEAR hatch glass
Well...I have a defroster hatch right now. It works...and looks ok. However, I just never use the defroster. I want to get the rear window tinted, and would rather not deal with the defroster lines and contacts etc. Just a preference I guess.
Anyone have one?
I live in West Chester (19380)...but Im willing to go for a drive. Let me know what you got and where youre at.

Re: CLEAR hatch glass
Hey guys. Thanks for the responses. Just alittle too far for me right now. I've been slowly moving to my new place all this week, and will be there permanently at the end of the month. So road trips are out for me for awhile. Ill keep you guys in mind though if I cant find something sooner.
I really want to get my windows tinted, I just dont want to have to deal with defroster strips in the process. Im also NOT a fan of leaving my car at the tint place. I hate leaving my car anywhere. So im hoping if I bring in a couple of saw horses with padding that they'll tint it for me off the car. They should be all for it since it should make it infinately easier for them. We'll see.
Thanks again and Ill let ya guys know!

Yup she's a heavy one. I meant I would bring the glass to them, set it on horses for them, and let them tint away. Then take it back and install it at a later time. When Im ready to swap the glass and decklid and fiberglass spoiler. I sort of have an in with the tint shop from when I was a manager at Autozone...so they might do it this way for me.

Anyone willing to ship to Chicago? I have one with the grid and I don't want it....that crap is like embeded in the glass! I've even tried scraping the hell out of it...still etched in.
