I would just first like to say that I am very pleased to see a site designated to 3rd generation camaro's. I just bought my first camaro today and it is a 85 iroc z28 that needs a little tlc. I was bringing it home when someone almost killed me and my wife so I slammed on the brakes and needless to say the straps that i had holding it from the rear popped and the car came off the trailer and and destroyed my 08 silverado's tailgate. F ck n fast and furious driving ***** if I had seen him down the road I would have went to jail LOL. Don't worry the camaro didn't suffer any damage only the truck so there for the old saying still stays true "they don't make them like they use to" LOL. Now here is the things I want to know I have seen a camaro on here that I am extremely interested in finding the hood for and spoiler. I will attach a link this car is so HOT it isn't even funny. I have searched the paint and rims and WOW very expensive but very nice. I just want to find the hood and spolier I have googled both and can't find them so any help would be appreciated.

you pour man - you have the habit. it is easier to get off heroin than it is to give up working on a camaro. she will make more demands on you than your wife. and the more you give her the more she wants.
well consider this site as part of the place you need to go to get a fix. i cant stay away from it. and i cant quit buying things for the camaro.
my wife almost blew it today - i showed her a pic of a crashed camaro and told her i was buying it - well she had a fit - until i told her i was just buying the center caps.
she actually wants me to finish the build just to get all the car parts, cams, tpi, headers, all the stuff - out of her garage. she does not realize they or something like them - will always be there.
so break the lil woman in easy she has competition.

 

When I bought my car today my wife said that it was a pos but now different story after I showed her what it could look like with a little money and some work. LOL they will get over it they already love us LOL

 

Ok the hood your talking about is a ram air hood, I have done some research on it check out my thread and also check out craigslist (I ended up not getting a ramair hood tho)

I recommend that you look at the other aftermarket hood just so you make sure that is really what you want.


The spoiler is i am guessing a 5 in. Rear Spoiler, you can check that out at hawks with the link below or best bet is to make something yourself.

Thanks rs reaper for the info I just bought the car and I can already tell it is going to put me in the poor house LOL. The hood is a go I can't go on another day living without that hood period!!!! The spoiler on the other hand for 300 dollars I might be able to live without that LOL we shall see is does look much better than the stock. You guys are great I have found my new home

Hey guys!! i am a 17 year old ... and my first car is a pretty sweet 84' camaro that i bought off of a lady for dirt cheep. buffed it and it looks wonderful. however, im thinking of painting it black and converting it to sort of an 86 iroc-z28 style. will all of the bumper covers / ground effects and what not fit on my car? because before i paint it id like to get the bumpers and what not that i like first.

 

Its for 3rd gen Camaros and Firebirds. You forgot to mention Firebirds in your 1st post.
