Yes, this is perhaps one of the hardest parts to obtain, but if there's anyone with one please let me know. Zip code is 46408. I would prefer if it was red, but any color would do.

Not true at all. You can still get these bran new from alot of places. Classic industries is one of them.

82-84 Z28 bumpers have been obsolete for a while. Those are very rare in good condition.
