Re: Coupe roof

got the shell that has t-tops on the cheap, $200. just hard to find coupe bodys. I can replace the roof in a day.this is a race car not a show car although it will look real nice.

it would be cheaper and fast to just fab up some filler panels and weld in...like you said race car.. weight is the difference you could wind up about 3-4 pounds lighter using 1/4" round bar as bracing and 20 ga. panel. all could be bought from home depot or lowes for less than $25.00.

Re: Coupe roof

I have a complete chassis that I've decided not to use. But the coupe roof has a small aftermarket sunroof. It'd be much easier to weld that hole shut than your t-tops. I'd also rather not cut this apart.

Re: Coupe roof

Well, if I chop the top off for you, the shipping could be cheap through greyhound. You'd just need to pick it up at your local station. Would you do $200 plus shipping?
