Hello TGO! I am looking for TWO(2) License plate pull tabs. I had one on my rear license plate till my buddy broke it off. It fits into one of the top holes where you bolt the plate to the little fold down backing plate.

It makes it easier to pull the plate down for acces to the key hole . If you think you have one post up a pic or a can txt you a pic of the broken one.I have never seen another one besides the one I Had,looked in the junk yards, looked on ebay,forums and everywhere.

Yes, on the metal backing braket that the plate sits on, their is a little c clip that gets held in place by a scew and your plate

iv never even seen one of those.

 

They are useful just makes it a bit easier to pull the plate down.

 

The tab is pushed in, then held in place with plastic clips. As can be imagined, the plastic is a bit brittle, but I yanked mine at a junk yard.
