This one has 2 minor defects,....
There are 2 small ( mudflap?) holes facing the tire and the lower mounting plastic tab ( gets screwed to body under the spare tire well ) is loose. It has not broken off but it moves around rather than being firm. The metal bracket and bumper mounting tab are both good.
