I have a set in storage but not sure if it's the same you're looking for. I can send pictures if you like. I'm located in Central NY.

 

The 2 piece 91-92 style is what I'm after.

 

Ok, it's not that one. I believe is the 3 PC which has the center and the 2 lights but not sure if it has the bird in the center part or not, I'll check and maybe I'll post pictures. Someone might need that set, good luck finding your part, take care.
