He's honest and upstanding. I've bought from him before....
However, that rod would be easy enough to fab....maybe some 1/2" or 3/4" metal pipe stock that you can get at HD or Lowes, heat up the ends with a torch and flatten them, bend the flats to the desired angles, drill and slot as necessary.

Part Number on that piece is 10022455,it is discontinued by GM but if you find a really nice GM parts counter guy ,he might be able to find another dealer that would have one in it"s inventory or try the internet with the P/N
