ok im working on this idea...

take a stock 3rd gen hood...

and make it into a reverse opening shaker hood..

ok first off take a old original shaker scoop and mount it on the engine and then take the hood and mark it all off and cut the opening and everything..then taking it and flipping the hinges around to the front and making it open towards the front of the car

it shouldnt be that difficult would it be?..i mean i love the look of that shaker scoop on these t/a's...sorta like the "bandit II" but it being functional with it actually serving a good purpose..and then the hood flipping forward i think is just a cooler idea and giving it more rooom for the engine compartment to be worked on without taking the hood off or having the hood be transformed into a removable hood..

i like changing hoods to somethign different..i made a custom one for my truck by taking the stocker and putting on one of those mopar dual snorkle scoops that were on like a 73 demon and making that baby functional as "ram air..that is a sweet lookign hood..


anyways..any ideas or suggestions or comments?
