305 carb to 350 HO deluxe

I am getting my father-in-law's 85 Berlinetta for free. The car is actually in really good shape with 80,000 miles(only needs paint). It curently has a 305 carburated motor and I would like to install a GM 350 HO Deluxe. I'm new to this forum and I'm sure this is probably covered on here somewhere. Will I run into any problems doing this swap? Can I bypass all the emission and computer stuff alltogether? This car is an automatic trans (700r4 I assume). Just give me all the details.
BTW- I live in an area where there is no emission testing.

Thanks
Rod
