Strut tower brace

Today I was looking at my grandparents Cadillac Sedan Devil(Or whatever)

I popped the hood and looked and it has a stock strut tower brace so I was wondering if anyone knew if one of those could be made to fit our cars with no major work

If anyone knows

I might get by to measure it later

are you talking about removing the cadiallac strut tower brace and fitting it to your car?
or do you mean a strut tower brace in general?
I think either way you get a

huh... your grandparents don't need it?
think it was stock? that's weird...
I wouldn't think it'd fit. You might as well take it off and see though... that'd be the only real way to know.

oh! gotcha. Those aren't stock (that i've ever seen...)
if it's an aftermarket piece, I don't think you'd find it in a junkyard, it'd be like finding a ferrari at a pick-a-part...
otherwise you'd only want to look at 3rd gens...

they aren't terribly expensive, you could just buy a new one.... or do what i'm going to do, make one...

Strut tower braces are stock on most FWD cadillacs, and are probably too narrow to fit. It would be easy to measure yours and see. On top of that, the way the ends mount to the tower would have to be changed to make it fit and they are pretty flimsy when compared to an aftermarket one.
